Two compositions created for local Charleston rapper, Tyrie's, "Mona Lisa" Album Release Exhibition.

Tyrie assigned a song from the album to each artist featured in the exhibition to inspire and inform their piece(s). "I Am Who I Am" was assigned to Caroline.

 

Both works utilize objects to reference highlights of Tyrie's music career, and embrace his favorite things—even featuring Tyrie himself in a photo.

 

The works celebrate Tyrie's accomplishments as an artist over the years and his strongly rooted sense of self while acknowledging the inevitable passing of time.
